Welcome to campgrillbbq.com/campgrill.in.  We, Dunes Lifestyle Products Private Limited as the owner of this website and CampGrill brand of barbecue grills and accessories provide our services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access, visit or shop at this web site or any other website owned by us and specified in this User Agreement, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as all our other terms and conditions on the web site, such as our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Delivery policy, Disclaimer and other applicable service policies as may be made available on the website and amended from time to time. All products/services and information displayed on the website constitutes “An invitation to offer”. Your orders for purchase constitute your offer and shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below.  We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer.

If a product offered on the website is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused condition within 7 days of delivery.

All items purchased from website are made pursuant to a shipment/dispatch contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier/courier.
